- Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery.
- We kindly ask that you try on your items while the courier is present.
- If you wish to return an item, please hand it back to the courier immediately.
- Once the courier has left, we are unable to accept returns.
- If you return your order to the courier, you will only be charged the delivery fee.
